Over the last couple of weeks, we have been learning about algorithms and the technical language associated with programming. Our next step is to write codes that computers can understand – this is called a ‘program’.
We’re going to use the site below to help us learn. We’re going to need to refresh our knowledge of angles in shapes before we start as this information is key. To start, think about the internal angles of a polygon. What should the sum of all the angles add up to?
We will be referring to the technical vocabulary from last week and I will be asking you to consider how we could use this language in the context of today’s learning.
Work through levels 1-3 and try to notice what additional functions are available in levels 2 and 3.
Why not carry on practising at home?
