Registration forms and T&C's are below for 2023-24 academic year.  

We are currently reviewing our 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Registration form' for the 2024-25 academic year and will communicate this information, along with 'How to register and book clubs', to current and new parents after the May half term.  

Please note, as the current Year 2 aren't officially enrolled at Little Green until 1st September, parents aren't able to make bookings themselves until this date.  However, once your child is registered (if this is prior to 1st September) we will be able to make bookings on behalf of parents.
