Welcome to Year 3 information page which should help you as your child starts their journey at Little Green School. If you have any questions relating to the information on this page, or if you would like to discuss any other matters, please do use the class@littlegreen email account to contact teachers about specific classroom issues. For all other information and requests, contact the school office as normal.  We are always happy to arrange a conversation at a mutually convenient time. As outlined in our email guidance, we aim to respond to messages within 3–5 working days.

PE

PE days are as follows. Please ensure that your child comes into school wearing their PE kit:

3H - Miss Marriott: Monday and Wednesday

3E - Miss Shah: Monday and Friday

3R - Miss Chui: Monday and Friday

Pets as Therapy Reading

We are very fortunate in Year 3 that our school's Pets as Therapy dog, Mia, visits once per week to listen to the children read. Should your child have any allergies or is particularly worried around dogs, please let us know. 

Reading books and Library books

Each week, every class has a chance to visit the Library and borrow books. They can return and take out books on the following days:

3E - Thursday

3H - Thursday

3R - Friday

Every child will also have a colour spot book or spine book to read at home. These can be changed everyday during registration times.
