Registration forms and T&C's below are for 2025-26 academic year.  

Please note, as the current Year 2 aren't officially enrolled at Little Green until 1st September 2025, parents aren't able to make bookings themselves until this date.  However, once your child is registered (if this is prior to 1st September) we will be able to make bookings on behalf of parents (please add requirements to Registration Form - shared with you in the Year 3 Welcome Pack).
