Registration forms and T&C's are below for 2024-25 academic year.  

Please note, as the current Year 2 aren't officially enrolled at Little Green until 1st September 2024, parents aren't able to make bookings themselves until this date.  However, once your child is registered (if this is prior to 1st September) we will be able to make bookings on behalf of parents (please add requirements to your Registration Form).
